Location of the cooler: place the indoor cooler on the ground, keep it close to the oil pump tank (within2.5meter);place the outdoor cooler on the ground or amount it to the wall, keep it stable and close to the indoor cooler(within 5 meter)

Connect the oil circulation: fix two sets of passing board connector to oil inlet and outlet of the pump oil tank: insert two 0.7 long rubber hose to the oil pump tank and connect it to the passing board connector(keep the bottom end of the rubber hose always below the liquid surface.); use 2.5meter long rubber hose to connect the passing board connector (oil outlet)to the indoor cooler oil inlet; use 5 meter long rubber hose to connect the oil let of the indoor cooler to the oil inlet of the outdoor cooler; use 7.5meterlong rubber hose to connect the oil outlet of the outdoor cooler to the passing board connector(oil inlet).

The installation of the temperature probe; fix the temperature probe to the oil tank cover, keep the bottom end of the probe always below the liquid surface.

Indoor power supply:380v .50hz, 3phase5wire; open up the connection part between the indoor oil inlet and the rubber connector and turn on the oil cooler to check the power supply, If no supply available, please change the phase.

The power supply connection of the outdoor cooler, connect the power supply from the outdoor cooler to the indoor cooler according to the electrical principle chart, the wind direction of the outdoor cooler should move from heat exchanger side to the fan side, otherwise change the power suppler phase.

Set the working temperature: set the working temperature between 40and 5 4 ℃ , the oil cooler go into the auto running state.
